We serve a wide and varied client base ranging from large to mid-cap corporates to small high growth entities. We have no deal size criterion as our credo is to add value where we can. We particularly identify with entrepreneurs, founders and families that own businesses in our chosen sector.

Our approach has meant that we have developed close relationships with many of our clients over a number of years and have acted for some of them on several transactions – clear evidence that what we do and how we go about it is appreciated and valued.

We have been involved in a wide variety of transactions of all shapes and sizes across Europe, working with leading market participants as well as promising growth companies in the food & drink sector. Since 2000 we have advised on over 50 closed transactions.
